Water Availability

Water is available to the following lots listed below. You need to apply as soon as possible to get your water installed for a reasonable cost. The cost of providing water to these lots is $728.00 plus deposits and processing fee if the line is on the same side of the street.  If line is on the other side of the street the cost will be slightly higher. Please call us now before the prices to put the water in goes up because of the cost of pipe.

If your lot is listed as having a water line in front of it on this page. Water meters can be installed.  Water installation can be accomplished and water can be connected to a meter on your propety with permission of the ACC 602-542-4251.

 

The pipe stands (MAY NOT BE) be reinstalled when they are vandalized repeatedly. The Arizona Corporation Commission DOES NOT REQUIRE that THE company provide residents a Pipe Stands. They only require us to provide water to your lots using approved meters according to their rules and not WHWC.
